Healing Is A Journey Worth Taking

   Over the years, it has become evident that we as humans need to navigate this human experience through a series of trauma and the process of healing. This process begins with the notion to dive deeper into a better understanding of yourself. Authentic self. The shadow and the light. All parts of us.     We take these steps by going inwards. Meditation is the key step in this. How do we meditate you may ask? Sit with yourself in silence, in the present moment. Breath work, mirror work, deep guided meditation, or whatever feels the most comfortable...or uncomfortable to you.  Remember to stay awake and present.  ​    Using tools, like percussion drums, singing bowls, candles, crystals, mats, burning your favourite herbs, can help with with the entire experience. Getting a space prepared  for this daily practice can make for a better experience. Journaling your thoughts and desires can also help with manifesting the best life through meditation.
